A domestic holiday is a great way to ensure that you are taking an active role in reducing your carbon footprint. We understand it is difficult to take a holiday without having some sort of impact on the environment, so at Firefly Campers we will offset the CO2 emissions of your journey using the Climate Care scheme. The Climate Care scheme offsets your CO2 emissions by funding projects around the world, helping to promote low-carbon technologies where they have the greatest impact.

Green checklist

1. We recycle our paper, card and ink cartridges

2. Our company headed paper and envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper

3. We offset the carbon emissions of your trip by using the Climate Care scheme

4. Our hampers contain organic products – even our Baked Beans are Heinz ORGANIC!

5. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products such as Ecover

6. We supply you with biodegradable bin bags

7. We use a green energy supplier as well as energy saving light bulbs

8. Get your butt off the beach - we encourage you to take you cigarette butts with you and even supply you with a little holder to put them in

9. ‘Leave no trace’ - we encourage you to dispose of your waste responsibly and to recycle wherever possible

10. If you’re not good at filling out forms give us a call and we will go through them with you over the phone. We are also fluent in sign language and can help if you have hearing difficulties
